I think it will probably look fine. If you are using an average sized monitor then it will probably be running at around 96 to 110 PPI, so just a little less resolution than you have available. So viewing it on screen at 100% should give you a good idea of what it will look like. Well at least those parts of it that will fit on the screen. Personally I have usually been quite happy with printed images that have had to be up rezzed 2 to 3 three times to hit 300 PPI, even when viewing from 12". Of course as with everything YMMV.
