It's been a number of years since I got my wee 450D, a competent entry level camera back when I got it in 2010, but she's getting long in the tooth now. I've come back to the forums to check out the latest happenings from the photography world, and make a good descision on where to from here (not a world I frequent often)! It's time to retire this camera to the garage now (and if you sneak a peak at my flickr, you'll soon see that's pretty much where it lives anyway), and upgrade to a 70D. It was my first DSLR, and has shown me what I can do, and I've proven to myself at least that I can make the damn thing sing! The trick is, nature has done all the work, I just point the clicky thingy at it and hope it comes out right!
So here's some pics from my misadventures in Queenstown from the last few years, learning how to take photo's. Organised from newest to oldest.
