Sep 26, 2015 08:20 | #1 Ugh! Just received a used but (was) excellent condition 4K monitor (UP2414Q) only to discover it had been scratched due to poor packing. The monitor base was directly in contact with the screen. I'll attach a photo. Short of complaining, is there anything that can be done to fix this? EnglishBob Senior Member  More info Post edited over 8 years ago by EnglishBob. | Sep 26, 2015 14:00 | #7 Just tried this on one of my screen that got dropped and scratched, it has actually cleared the shallow scratches, and the deeper ones are far less noticeable now. Was surprised how lightly the amount of pressure needed was for the eraser to lighten up the marks.
