Well, many of them are evergreens or palms, so that's understandable. It's often said how California lacks the distinct changing of seasons; not many pretty walks with rows of trees with red leaves, they're all dried up here anyway! In fall we look forward to cooler temps and sometimes we don't even get that!

I'm not complaining as we need the rain but it's not been the best weather to be out taking photos. So I went out and gathered some leaves, brought them inside and put together a fall leaf bouquet.
