Sep 29, 2015 06:27 | #93 My first try at astro photography using my 70D. First time Ive shot the stars and I was impressed how they came out, considering I was doing this close to Boston. The moon moved so fast I could see it moving across my lcd screen. Ill need to tweak out my settings next time. Most I got without star trails was a 4s exposure.

DreDaze happy with myself for not saying anything stupid ![]() More info | Sep 29, 2015 14:19 | #97 CheleA wrote in post #17725683 ![]() I thought I was going to be by myself!!! These are only some of the people that ended coming out to photograph the eclipse. yeah, i've been up on the headlands for a super moon before...it gets pretty crazy...i wouldn't think that it would've been the best spot this time around, with the moon rising over oakland, it wouldn't give the SF skyline, or bridge in the shot like it has in the past Andre or Dre

I actually had hoped to get farther from the GG bridge and include it with the moon in the background but the fog wasn't helping, and the bridge just wouldn't move
