Mother might have appreciated it more if he had shaved that morning and worn a tie ... :p Nice work though!

Been really busy recently and had no time for photography. This is my first image for a few weeks. Pleased with how it turned out. Probably another one my mother won't like though....

That is terrible image, not even good for halloween -?

I'll take that as a compliment, thanks!

Thought I'd post one...it's been quite a while. Good to see all the new pics...and while I may have some gear envy, I use what I have.

This one was unretouched, just cropped to size and converted to B&W.

So riddle me this...

I've sold most of my lenses, and now, just have the 85L II (which I use the most) and a 100 f2.8L IS. My wife has a 24-105L IS and we share a 300 F4L IS, which I'm also trying to offload (due to limited use).
I've had a thought of the 24-70 f2.8L II, or the 100-400 LIS II, or the 28-300 LIS, 70-300 LIS, or or or...haha. I can't seem to make up my mind...but, I'm leaning towards the 24-70. The F4's just won't cut it (24-70 f4 LIS), so, not sure which might be the next one. I don't do much birding, so a long lens wouldn't really help. I don't do much landscape, so, a 16-35 won't help. You see my predicament?

I missed your questions.

Sounds like you're leaning towards the 24-70/2.8ii.
