Just got back from a long weekend in the eastern Sierra. Very high elevation, lots of aspen trees, and very pretty colors. It has been very dry here, as many of you may know, and the lakes are very very low. We had best get some rain and snow this winter.

This was my first time there, and I was happy with the colors. I was told that things will be better if we get rain. I will have to go back again next fall to compare.
