Lgunzz,I am wondering if it would be unfair (to the camera) if I just buy a converter to use with my Canon glass. Too much good glass in my bag to ignore.

I picked up several different Fotasy adapters, including the "Canon to E mount". I have used all of my Canon lenses on the Sony and the peak focusing works just fine. I also use a lot of old Zuiko lenses and some M42 glass with great results. My favorite lens to date is the "Vivitar 135mm f/2.8 Auto Telephoto Close Focusing".

One day I asked myself "Why?" Why go through the hassle of using a Canon lens on the Sony when I can just stick it on a Canon camera and take the shot. There is no advantage. I was doing it just because I could. However, there is an advantage to using some older glass - I can't afford to buy Zeiss glass and I already have a lot of fast legacy primes that give great results. When I use the Sony the Canon lenses stay in the bag.

I got it with the 16-50, all the amazing shots in this thread made it hard to say no to the kit lens. I did pick up an adapter, as I do love my Canon glass. I've had a Samyang 35mm that is manual focus and love it so I doubt I'll have any issues using the rest of my lenses that way. More than likely though, the 16-50 won't come off often as my intent is to use this as my travel camera. I'm tired of lugging my 5DIII around all the time

I just got the A6000 as a second body / system to my Canon 6D

Great fun so far and happy with the quality and the fact you can download apps such as timelapse and tilt shift.

This was taken this afternoon playing around with the camera effects :)

Still struggling in post processing to get the colors and contrast that seemed easier to get with the 1Ds2.
Hopefully I will get better and it will get easier.
