For me, the blacks aren't black enough and the whites aren't white enough, it's just a bit flat, I'd increase the contrast quite a bit, boost the whites, pull back the blacks, give it some moodyness with a vignette, then see what it looks like....

After spending some PP time on this image, this particular monochrome edit with its tones works best for me.
