Looks like you have a pretty thin DOF even at f13 (which is cool for such a good telephoto shot), but focus appears to be on the rear of the car? What lens was this with?

EXIF data says the lens was an "EF70-200mm f/2.8L IS II USM".

Curves - find the curves adjustment. At the bottom is the ability to do it on all channels, or channel (rg or b) by channel to compensate for what you observed.

Thank you, I did find and try this in LR. It really does seem to have more tools available. This is very helpful.
