I don't have any macrolens, which lens would I use for the wedding details (ring, necklace,...) seen the working distance/bokeh ?
Maybe the Sigma 50 1.4A or Canon 85 1.2L, or simply my Tamron 24-70 2.8 VC ?

Buy an extension tube (very cheap). Use with which ever works best.

That would depend entirely on how you were taking the pictures of the rings, what backgrounds / other props were being used.

You are asking a LOT of questions as to what lens for this and that. Lens choice is a personal thing and you should really be making these decisions according to the results YOU want to achieve on the day itself (when YOU know your environment, couple, light etc).

Heya,

I'd use that 24-70 VC.

Why? 70mm, stop down to F5.6 or F8, focus as close to minimum focus distance as you can. The stabilization is there to help you get a steady sharp image despite stopping down (a necessity in close focus unless you want an edge of a ring to be in focus only).

Very best,

You mostly have lenses that have about 1:5 maximum magnification. None of them are useful for a ring shot without extension tubes. If you're actually going to shoot a wedding, consider renting a 100/2.8 macro, or a 25mm extension tube to use on your 24-70.
