Love this shot... 1200mm is insane lol... do you do much post? your darker areas seem much more defined than I have achieved so far... don't know if thats due to my lack of reach or image post ability

Thanks. Just got the 600mm lens Monday so I'm still experimenting a little. And I'm new to this thread as well (as of a few weeks ago). I took this photo at about 5 PM in the afternoon, so the sun was still up. The sky was still blue but in post I converted to Black & White, then changed the settings to make the sky black and dark. I use photoshop CS6.
