I thought I had followed that thread but I was mistaken, been reading it for a while catching up. Hope you get issues sorted soon.

I have both children.

The older one maybe isn't as as quick or smart, but she is very light and airy. She is stable, dependable and just as pretty. She can even do a few things her younger sister can't do...... BUT the younger one can be quite unruly, sometimes going her own way, constantly testing my patience. When she is good, she can be very good, but it seems her nature to sometimes do whatever she pleases. Even when you think she is doing the right thing, she may surprise you when you get home and realize she didn't do what she promised. Sometimes she flat out refuses to obey me at all !

I have made some new friends here with others that have little girls just like mine and they tell the same story about their temperament. ;-)a

Enjoy the ride and rest assured...... YM willl V

Well, I can't really compare the two because I went from shooting sports with 7D to a 7DII. I hardly ever want to shoot my 7D now. I do carry the 7D as a second camera to take wider angle shots but the 7DII is the main camera. Cleaning up noise from night games is a hell of a lot easier with the 7DII than it was with the 7D.

That being said, I've never shot a 70D for sports so I can't compare them. I am happy shooting with my 7DII.

The first time you pickup the 7DII you will know you have a camera in your hand, All other's from the past will pale in the light of what you can do with this camera. It's ability to be controlled and its natural sense of what you want from your images can be realized if you are willing to learn from the camera, see what it's looking for to get your desired affect. And before you put the hammer down on this 7DII ,.....Make sure there's someone ready to take your picture. Most of all be a creator. P.S be careful with the rear wheel it could ruin your day.

Burnet,

As you know, I have both. I sent my 7D2 back to Canon for a tune up and used my 70D for a nature/birding shoot. I can't exactly describe the feeling..... but you know the saying "you can never go back home again"? It was a bit like that. The 7D2 is such a wonderful camera. It's a pleasure to use. I liked my 70D when it was my main camera. It was a big improvement for me over the 60D but the 7D2 is not an incremental upgrade. It's a totally new experience.
