THIS IS A LOW QUALITY PREVIEW. Please log in to see the good quality stuff.

some fairly old canon camera stuff, canon lenses, Manfrotto "thingy", and an M5, also an M6 that has had a 720nm filter bolted onto the sensor:

That's a nice one, not a classical skyline, but neither are mine!

The local skyline is the main reason we live where we do. This was taken yesterday from the turnaround spot on our doggie walk. Marble Mountain (13,266 ft.) is the highest point in the photo, the peak on the right side (not the far right).

I haven't been out much lately. Trying to match the beautiful landscapes and fascinating urban scenes that folks here have posted would be futile. Instead, I have to try for a clever interpretation of the topic. This shot contains several skylines, some of them inverted.

That's a good looking natural skyline, Paul and a great view when out with the dog!

Looking at the shots I took during that dark and rainy day, I decided to process another panorama, made from 6 shots taken at Dam Square which is right at the heart of the city. In the rear and dominating the square is the Royal Palace. All in all a familiar skyline for us here.
The image also shows how dreary and dark it was when I was shooting there.
Done also with the Samyang 14/2.8. One thing I've learned from these Samyang panos is to keep the ground as level as I can whilst taking the shots.

Levina, I've really been enjoying your pano's. When you say keep the ground level, are you using a tripod to keep the camera on the same plane?

Thanks very much, Chet!
Yes, I think it does mean using a tripod. I don't like using them when I'm out with the camera as it's such a hassle and it always draws attention, which I don't enjoy. But the wide angle of the Samyang with its field curvature needs a tripod when doing multiple shots for a panorama. So next time I will use one and see if that will make a difference. I do like how the pano's made with the Samyang turn out though; the depth of field is really crazy. :-)

Great shots again everyone.

Had hoped to get one from the air show this past weekend but the rain just would not let up. And now, pouring even more. So alas, I just did not get anything. But thanks to all of you who did get some and thanks for sharing
