Was using high speed sync, in hind site, probably could have dropped the ISO, and gone with 1/250sec without High-speed sync. WOW! The AF is incredible. I am fine tuning, I had more OOF birds in flight than usual, but did not mess with too many settings. Can't wait to get out again to do some more thorough testing. ![]() [ That Pelican looks huge compare to those Coots. You will thoroughly enjoy the X. I always knew it was a helluva camera when it came out, I just was not willing to pay the top dollars at the time for it. But, the price finally became reasonable and I jumped on it and got it form my birthday and have been loving it from day 1. I would highly suggest you test to see if any Af micro adjustment is needed. Enjoy Gear
