I've made two purchases from Adorama and everything went well. Both times. Really. I have no complaints about this company at all. And I'm not the only one! This guy had a problem that was corrected in under an hour! https://photography-on-the.net …read.php?t=1445897&page=1 .

He just has to love that kind of customer service. Wouldn't you? While I'm at it, three cheers for Helen Oster, Adorama's wise and benevolent CS rep 'round these parts.

Let's hear it for Adorama! Woo-woot!

Thing only get corrected when you deal with Helen. Adorama has provided me with somewhat good service but at times dealing with them has been a huge headache.

If they didn't have Helen to fix problems, I would never do business with them again.

+1. Really I've ordered a bunch of stuff from them and even have had issues with products. It all took a bit of time but it all got sorted out just fine.

Same here. She's the only reason I'd ever consider buying from them after the couple of times they dropped the ball.

You are all amazing and wonderful, but truthfully I couldn't do my job half so well without the incredible back-up I get from my colleague Leah, plus my manager Jerry, and our head of CS, Rick.

Here in the UK there's no way a company would engage on the net with it's customers like Helen does, so for me, it's refreshingly impressive that Helen is so active on here, and it really should be congratulated and appreciated by you guys, you guys should buy her flowers or something :-)

A bit OT here, but its my thread, so why not? Helen, your avatar says, "That's me!" I am guessing you are the adult in that shot. Care to share?

And they can understand your accent in the USA? Or do they all assume you're a pirate? :p

There were some clues in the other thread, now locked. "I apologise if I caused you offence."
