High Speed Sync. And with good batteries and the CP-E4, you get 5 to 8 bursts of flash when rapid firing ..depending on power setting. The Better Beamer also helps with that by allowing you to use less power for same light output.

I think only the first shot was fill flashed though.

Good eye. I wanted to use some PFC ribbons but they didn't look right. The only other cables I had were extra harnesses for my power supply.

Heya,

Did a little flash birding today. Just an example from the lot.

Setup:

APS-C, 600mm, Yongnuo 565EX II + Better Beamer, with generic TTL cable on a flash bracket. Mounted on gimbal & tripod. Flash at 1/1 power.
