Nov 06, 2015 14:51 | #636 Picked mine up a little over a month ago and now my dial wheel on the top right of the camera doesn't function properly. I purchased it used and am still in the 90 day window to get it fixed or swap it out. Love the camera though and the images with all my manual lenses. edmidlifecrisis Cream of the Crop More info Post edited over 7 years ago by edmidlifecrisis. (2 edits in all) | Nov 19, 2015 21:38 | #642 Hi. The little Sigma 60mm f2.8 is SHARP. This is my first shot with it. Using the built in flash SOOC, just downsized a little when converting RAW to jpeg. Focus was on the eye, which is TACK sharp, you can see partway into the eye here and see the iris (it is ragged as she is old. The RAW image is tack sharp. I did not attempt to correct the redeye. It is a very small lens and only AF in the center. But IQ looks to be pretty great so far. Image hosted by forum (760256) © edmidlifecrisis [SHARE LINK] THIS IS A LOW QUALITY PREVIEW. It does't work reliably and occasionally blacks out the whole camera. And its autofocus capabilities are well, inconsistent. I have been trying it with different EF lenses with wildly varying results. It has three settings, I try all three with each lens. Not impressed so far but will continue trying. My cheaper one (Commlite) at least is reasonably predictable in its inability to AF reliably!!! Ed
