Nice balancing exposure on the 2nd one.

I hope the last one was their idea for a pose. Its awkward. Besides that nice dof and perspective (you obviously got lower)

Was the 3nd one a formal or was it the bride and father just hanging out?

I think the 3rd one is bride and groom (not father)

Images which are harshly lit by sunlight have deep shadows. It's a natural look. Pulling those shadows up too much results in distorted colours/blown shadows etc. A fill light of minus 2 stops on camera is what I aim for just to take off those sharp edges.

My approach for this subject is to lower the ambient to minus one stop to prevent blown highlights and fill with on camera to pick out the subject.

I shoot only jpegs and have no knowledge of raw converters so excuse my lack of knowledge in helping regain the colours in any raw converter.

To regain the color all you need to do is saturate and add vibrance and clarity, lower the exposure etc. There were two light sources. The light colored building to their right and the sun moving west to their left. It was not easy to get shadows.
