It took many tries but I finally managed to take this shot in Death Valley.

Very nice , the first shape in the middle looks like Africa and the one on the left Asia.

If you haven't already, you might as well print it and put it on your wall! Great work.

Was this taken recently? I was there a couple of weeks ago and it didn't look anything like that, it was all still wet.


Canon 5D3, Canon XTI (IR converted), 24-70 f2.8L, 16-35 f4L, 50 1.4, 70-200 f2.8L, 100 2.8 macro, 430 ex & 580 exII speedlights.

Ha, I saw Africa but I didn't see Asia. The one on the lower left looks like Australia to me.

I stayed at Yosemite Lodge once and Curry Village the other time. Both times they had last minute availability.
