Here are our two doggies. Bella is a German Shepherd cross Kelpie (we think - she was rescued from the pound without any paperwork), and Mickey is a miniature foxy (my wife's dog ;-)a)

these shots are so great...i have a rebel xt brand new with the kit lens...i took some pictures with my dogs but i have to get so close to them with that lens i was wondering what good lenses are out there for taking these kind of pictures i see with your dogs running and all that or playing at more than a 15 foot distance, i was looking at a Tamron 18-200mm 3.5-6.3 but the aperture looks like itll be bad but idk what else to get in that price range (300-400) thanks -Daniel
