Wish I knew the flags and I would have more input but I don't so I will only make comments on the shot.
I do like it but for me I would have liked this in a less hard crop as it is here.
I think the top is well too low as it is sitting on the fella's head who is standing up.
And the front and back plus the rest of the tyres are not in view. For me this is what I like to see.
Though I do know, at times you just can't move further back to get it all in.
I have been there to.
These are the points where this lets me down and also are only my views.

I am willing to learn and will listen to what other have to say.
But if I don't like it, never take offense to it.
It is just something that I may not like.

Honestly i like the tight crop, any further away and you lose detail in whats really important. Thanks for the critique!

I know I have said this many times but not here.
I think this is what make our hobby/job or whatever tag you put on it really good.
You can go in the face of what should be done and post it in your own way and I think this is right for you.
Let no one tell you that its wrong, it may well be wrong for them but for you it is the only way to go.
To many people out there want to make you post like them to make you a mini them.
If its the way you like it then stick to your guns as I know I will respect you more for doing that rather than changing it make other feel right.
There was one time on another forum and someone posted up someone else's shot.
The shot had a tree dead center of the shot. I said that this should not work as it goes against the rules of 3rds.
But the shot works for me.
Well the person who took the shot and ripped shreds off me.
So I asked him to go back and read what I said.
He did and came back to say Sorry, I thought you said it was wrong.
But I never said anything like that.
So stick to your guns and post your images the way you feel they should be.
Well done once again.

It is just something that I may not like.
