Nicely done. I like the fact that the motion of the water still retains a certain amount of detail. A lot of long exposure shots I see of the ocean are too long and the water becomes just a milky, detail-less mess :) , in my opinion that affect is perfect for rivers which have a constant flow in the same direction, but not for something like the ocean.

The exposure and composition in this works well too

Totally agree, especially for the "surf zone". Some detail, IMO, is nice, and this one is perfect!
