A very good looking bird and the shots you have taken of it shows it is such a good light.
I have to say my pick in number 3.
Really enjoyed looking at all 3 of them.


I am willing to learn and will listen to what other have to say.
But if I don't like it, never take offense to it.

Thanks for your feedback! Such majestic birds! I shot this in FL, USA.

Andrew, I'm not a great gauge of distance. But, the tree is about 30 ft high, right off a 2 lane "highway" with median. For the first picture I across the street (2 lanes). Then I snuck up to the median (safely) and was just under him.

Here's 2 screenshots: RAW, UNCROPPED, so you can guage the distance.
