Beautiful... not a fan of the wing though.

Random question, second photo down shows two different light stands. The one on the right looks like the typical, cheaper style light stand, and the one on the left looks like some sort manfrotto stand. How do they compare?

the one on the right is an ebay stand....and quite honostly it does a great job, ive had them for at least 5 years now...they should be replaced, but they still work. The one on the left is built stronger, i think its a manfrotto like you said. Build quality is much better.

I had a stand like the eBay one. I held it by the post, towards the top of the second clamp. With no weight on the bottom three legs, it snapped in half. Just its own weight broke it in half. Granted, it was a cheap stand, but I expected it to at least support itself being held at a 70* angle in the air. So now I am looking to upgrade to something nicer

well, you get what you pay for lol. But ive had 3 ebay ones that came with a softbox kit, been using it for over 5 years, its seen better days for sure, but its also been through a lot....sand, salt water, waterfalls, studio, snow, rain lol....everything
