No. 2 is great - I would have liked a slightly slower shutter speed to show the movement of the clouds but just my preference.

I was too tired, and had so much to do today. I had thought it would be good because the inversion was going to break. When I left home at 10:00 it was even FOGGIER! I don't think it thinned out enough :(

As a couple others have said, number 2 really shines (pun intended). This composition has more interesting subject matter to me.

I really like the bridge poking through and whatever is lighting the clouds to the right of it as well.

Thanks! The other light on the right is the OTHER tower of the suspension bridge. Sadly the fog was just a bit too heavy to see it coming through.
