We spent our New Year up on the Nooksack River watching these guys and gals doing their thing. A few of the better portraits/IF shots here and will be following with some fun. behavioral shots from a couple of brawls we managed to catch will be following. Thanks for looking in!

Nice shots, great span in #5!
I have a very similar shot to #3, tree and pose almost look identical....

Thanks! Yeah, they seem to like the cottonwoods and hiding behind all those little branches.

Good to see you out there, too, Peter! It's always fun to see familiar faces when we're out and about.

Did you manage any shots of the brawl down there on the beach? I have a few that I'll post in another thread, but you guys on the tripods may have had a better view, since I was shooting through the grass...:p
