Just ordered one of these, should be a revelation compared to the Siggy 50mm macro I am using at the moment ;)

Now just gotta wait for international postage :O

What a superb series. You must be very careful to keep your sensor parole with your subjects. Each butterfly is beautifully focused.

I do not take any shot with my macro lens last 2 or 3 years. So on monday afternon it was time to take it off the bag to take a shot of this leaf hanging on a spider web. The light was beautiful and I love color of nature in fall.

I just ordered a Canon 6D and was worried my beloved bugma wouldn't be good enough for a full frame... I feel better now, 6D and the bugma are a good match !!
It's sad to see this thread is almost dead... The Sigma 150mm is a hell of a good lens ! It was quite good on my 450D, very good on the 7D and I hope as good on the 6D. This sigma phobia is really a pity.

I think that any FF lens works better on FF cameras than crop. The Bugma is no exception. Even the AF seems to be better.
