Loving the Rovelight so far. Tested HSS again recently and it worked perfectly at 1/4000.

I have a very small studio and want the ability to shoot @ F11 at a moments notice. With speedlights I can't quite get there. Also my recycle time is pretty long with speedlights.

Hello everyone,

I received my v2 remote but it doesn't say v2 anywhere on the remote just the package. Are ya'lls the same way or did I get a v1 in a v2 package?

Apologies for the quick cell phone snap...

Mine had V2 on the packaging as well as on the battery door of the remote:

Thanks for the quick reply! Mines doesn't have that marking unfortunately; I guess it's back to square one for me.

I keep a database of all my equipment for theft, fire, insurance reasons. While entering my recent purchases, I can not seem to locate a serial number on my Rovelight. Does it even have one? If so where?

Good point. Who knows is all the V2 remotes were marked or not?

Are people receiving their replacement RL600 triggers from Adorama? I applied via the form Helen linked to more than two month ago and still nothing.

I suggest you contact Helen directly. She is already looking into my order. Apparently they have a lot of these to go through so it's taking forever.

I'm on the same boat, where they sent out V2 packing with V1 remotes. I"ve refilled the form and nothing yet too.

I've even ordered a rove light after they refreshed the V2 remote but still got v1 packaged with it.
Then after filling the form for V2....it came with V2 packaging but with V1 remote.

Helen is doing a great job at doing everything she can for us so it's not her fault.

But this looks real bad for Adorama.
