Thanks Jeff, and not one leech, mosquito, or tick was encountered in contributing to this thread :-D

If anyone has trouble with the little buggers feel free to ask for my recipe for avoidance.

The Mosquito's and black flys are very intense here in the warm weather. I have to take extensive measures to stay alive

Friday afternoon in sunny near 70 degree weather sitting in my backyard with my camera with a 70-200 + a 2X extender on it hoping for some birds to show up. No luck with the birds so I decide to shoot some photos of my standby subject to see if I could get some decently sharp photos with the combination. Lacie, my old girl, who is 9 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback was the subject.

Nothing great and it was a bright sunshiny day but I was bored and didn't have much time.

First one is without the 2X extender and the other two are with it on.

With this one she is saying, "Will you quit calling my name and pointing that thing at me!! I'm trying to sun myself!!".

We never thought we would see this. Howler monkeys coming to with 20 ft of our balcony feeding on flowers. I could ship my camera home and be happy.

Im ok with that guy, moving up and over is so fast up-up-over is a positive feel, I like to work that way.

The issue I find is that you need to remember it is up and over. Joysticks typically imply more movement points. My problem is I often miss perfect horizontal or perfect vertical and get no movement at all. I would prefer if it moved at least in one of the directions!
