First time doing a friend's headshot, how'd I do? please feel free to CC the crap out of it. I used an on camera 430exii with a gary fong diffuser.

In #1 you could have exposed more for the sky and let the flash expose your subject.

I like #2 a lot.

I think #2 is really good.

In 1 the sky is to blown out and makes the subject look under exposed.
