So, if I create a thread in the Transportation forum titled, "Show Us Your Best Landscape", it would be okay?

Also, humans are not motors. :P

True, humans are more accurately described as heat engines in this context.

Let's get back to some great panning shots please? These weren't the first bicycle shots and I hope are not the last

Well, seeing as I've attempted panning only yesterday and today at the Rolex 24, this would be my best one yet. Shot from the stands at the exit of the International Horseshoe with my 60D and 100-400L.
This was my first attempt at shooting motorsports as I'm usually shooting my daughter's softball games or birds in my yard. I think I did ok for my first time.

Deltawing at Daytona.

Good effort. I would probably try cropping the people out at the bottom.

Much better after you cropped it.

Great work, guys! I probably bumped into the two of you this weekend. First two are from the entrance to the International Horseshoe, third is from the NASCAR 1 area of the banking.

Great shots that make me want to push ISO settings more. Thank you for the education.

I'm always a little scared of that, but the 5D3 handles the higher ISOs well, and some NR in post helps.

Pitch black forest, rally car, off camera flash pan (1/6 sec). Yep, I know people don't like these, but I'm still posting it :p
