I frequently shoot at 1/30th 1/60th and 1/80 with the 600mmf4 IS, generally with IS off

Seriously? Where do I bow down to you. I thought i was doing good at 1/160, 200-400 f/4 @400 hand held. nevermind, bar has been reset
