Basically my new GX8 got here too late to test in anything approaching good light... Plus i wasnt feeling great.. Later at night I felt a little better.. Saw my Lego Arocs on the shelf and got an idea... there was some nice rain outside so...I decided to have a play and test out the GX8's high ISO before my spine went on me again

1. All images shot with the 15mm f/1.7 Summilux at ISO3200 and f/1.7, Shutter speed varied from 1/13 to 1/60, All handheld, IBIS on

2. Most all were pushed about a stop in exposure and had highlights boosted, All said, the little sensor looks to have done well, Consider it a torture test however.

3. White balance was a mixed bag, the truck itself is white, the lighting is quite very red, FWIW, the camera did well here, the 7D I have I'd frequently have to go to black and white with this lighting because i cant dial it out.. First two i balanced on the truck, the rest I tried to replicate how the scene actually looked, I'm terrible at white balance FWIW

4. Literally brand new camera for me, i shot only a dozen or so shots before this, so.. yeah.. I kinda like how they came out, i think second, third and fifth are my favorites
