Good subject! It would be worth doing a sequence on that tree under different light, different seasons etc.

You could easily develop a portfolio of such shots, and in fact I have taken many myself.

It's a sculpture by Magdalena Abakonowicz, titled "Standing Figures (Thirty Figures)", in the Sculpture Garden of the Nelson-Atkins Museum here in Kansas City MO.
