Like those 7D Mark II images with the Tamron 150-600. Am considering upgrading to a 7D 2 to use with that lens. How's the NR compared to the 7D? That's my main question along with the AF issues some have reported.

1. Note the high ISO of many great photos in this thread.
2. Way too many people that can't read instructions bought this camera when it was introduced. The 7D Mark II is not a simple DSLR camera. There are a huge number of settings with opportunities for great photos or disasters. Read the manual here: https://www.usa.canon.com …rk-ii#BrochuresAndManuals (external link)

Yes, there were a few real issues with early production bodies. Nothing like the naysayers would like you to believe.

I actually caught something transiting across the moon. Up on the top, there's this big black dot. At first I was like, "WTF?! DEAD PIXELS!?" Then I looked through my series of photos and saw it moving across.

Not sure what it was/is. But thought it was kind of cool. Perhaps a GIANT balloon. Or just a UFO in the literal sense (not necessarily extraterrestrial). :D

Boy you've been lucky with that Ghost to pose so nicely for you :-) It's hard to find the males down here.

Thank you. The place where they stay all year round only 15 minutes away from me, thanks to a fellow hobbyist who I just met recently.
