Hey all,

So I just got my A7ii last week with a 16-35 f4. I'm attempting to find the lens profile in LR but I'm coming up with nothing. For some reason LR is reading the lens as a 18-200 f3.5-6.3. I sat on a chat with Adobe for over 1.5 hours yesterday and got absolutely no where. When I go into the lens correction it says that it cannot be automatically found and when I go to custom it automatically defaults to the 18-200. Has anyone else had this problem and how to resolve this? I know that the lens is supported but can't figure out why it's not reading it correctly. I have the latest version of LR CC.

maybe something is up with your version? I can go manually into the profile, and it's under Sony FE lenses, it's there.

Yea, it's odd. When I go into the profile under manual the 18-200 is the only option that it gives me. That's what I'm stumped about.

it sounds like you're under "Sony E" section?

Under Make, there should be 3 sony options, "Sony", "Sony E", and "Sony FE". the lens you're referring to is an APS E mount lens, which wont be in the FE mount section. If you dont have the FE mount section, then something may be wrong with your lightroom, consider using the adobe profile download tool.

I'm only getting one option for make and that's just "SONY". I have attempted to use the adobe profile download tool but couldn't find the 16-35 in there? It seems like I'm doing something wrong here. I just started using LR about a month ago so this is all pretty new to me.

I appreciate your help.

So I figured out what is causing the issue. When I take a shot SOOC and upload it to LR it reads the lens perfectly. However, I have been using Enfuse to stack images. Once this process is done (through LR) it seems to lose the lens profile. Any idea on how to resolve this?

I still haven't found a fix and I'm starting to think that doing the corrections before the merge is the only way to get around this. It's proven to be a PITA since I've forgot a couple times, waited 45 minutes for all my stuff to batch and had to apply the corrections and start the merge over.
