You may have seen me. I use it for panning, but my hit rate is not as high as with my Canons especially at night. I'll post a couple along with the settings I used.

Would you mind sharing what you didn't like about it. I'm currently using Canon and been looking to get an a6000 as well. I would really appreciate it.

I went back and looked at my images from the Rolex and posted some of them to Flickr here: https://www.flickr.com/gp/whuband/H7u7N2 (external link)
All of the night pans are with the Sony. I was experimenting with how it would do. Most are at 1/80 and some are at 1/50, but for sure I throw away a huge percentage of them.
I have my camera set up so I can use the "AEL" button for back button focus when I'm shooting with the spot focus mode. For a lot of the panning I use zone focus, and for that I use the shutter button for focus. You have to be careful because in zone focus the camera will focus on the closest object. If you're shooting from a low angle, it will focus on the grass in the foreground.

Not specific to an image but I love what this guy does with the 6000 and vintage lenses. Quite amazing.... I wish I could afford or find adapters like he does

I hate you for posting this because now I really want that LOMO KO-120.

As lazy as I am, I like the IQ of that lens so much I would actually put in the wrench time to convert it.

Awesome find.

Here goes nothing!

LOL, I realized I bought the "long" version instead of the "short" version. Had to get a refund but the seller may have a short one, he's checking.
