Heavy crop, this one surprised me high up in the Australian pines in my backyard (in suburbia) early this morning. I heard him and managed a couple of clicks before he flew off again. Neck strain, and in my pajamas on my back deck!!

Is this the American "common" Kestrel? It looks prettier than the European one!

Both photos of these little cute guys (Kentish Plovers) were taken with the 1.4x Kenko. When there is good light it is a pretty good combination, and you get definitely more detail when at f10 or f11.

Not the best shot, but when you are half a mile away and can't get any closer, you deal with the best you can get. There are a few bison hanging out near an old classic car at the Neal Smith National Wildlife Refuge, just outside of Des Moines Iowa.

Very nice. I like it too with 1.4x kenkos, it does really a good job when it is really bright outside. Very good combo.
