Bill, yep here in San Diego. I spent a lot of years living in P.B. and Mission Beach. Got married and had kids, so now we go to the beach, instead of living at the beach www.watershotz.com

It's called "submarine" style" pitching and is not that common. My kids are still practicing indoors here (both pitch), so these pics are getting me pumped up for the upcoming season!
