More wonderful shots!
That is one amazing looking sun, John.
And with surveillance cameras everywhere, that is a good question, Pete.
I went to the cemetery today. The plan was to shoot birds there. But it is early March, trees are mostly barren and the birds apparently went into hiding. I walked around for an hour or so and then saw this and thought of this week's theme. I usually shoot people on the street with a wide angle, 35mm or 50mm at most, and in full sight. But this was at a cemetery, a man alone on a bench. It felt inappropriate to go up to him and shoot him from close up. I also felt I couldn't ask his permission. So I shot him with the 300mm and I shot him from behind because I didn't want his face visible. I like the image a lot, even though I don't like the stealthy way I took it.
