A few shots from a trip last June


Hikers negotiate the cables on the final 400 vertical feet of the Half Dome hike. I spent two hours on the summit. Amazing hike.

A few people commented about hiking up the cables. After a few hours on the summit, I began my descent. By this time, the cables had gotten very crowded. I stepped outside the cables for a bit to get this shot of the hikers coming up.
