Looks kind of hot to me. Especially the upper half of her face. Second one has a glow around the perimeter of her hair. Did you add this?

She was backlight but I did add a vignette. Is the lighting on her face ok?

She's overexposed to the point that skin texture is lost.

I personally would of turned her head more toward the camera. I'm not a fan of having the iris to the corner of the eye. It looks strained and unnatural.

Is the exposure better though? I fixed it in Lightroom.

It's very apparent you've brought up the exposure on her face in post. Her chest is at least a stop under her face and it doesn't look like natural light falloff.
