Show us your Sony a6300 images!

Will try and get out this weekend for some wildlife and see how well my metabones/Canon lenses do with it. From what little time I've had with it, I like it a lot.

Mine didnt ship today so looks like I have to wait for second batch from B&H

Both shot in camera and transferred to phone for posting. So no editing whatsoever. FE 55 f1.8

I'm really considering selling the M3 and all M lenses, what sony alternatives are there?

EF-M 18-55 - > Sony 18-55 E-Mount
EF-M 20 -> (I'm assuming you mean the 22 f/2). No direct alternative because the 20 f/2.8 is also a pancake but 2.8. 24 f/1.8 is similar equivalent but much larger/more expensive.
EF-M 11-20 -> 10-18 f/4
EF-M 55-210 -> 55-210 E-Mount.

so you would say the older E 18-55 is better then the pancake 16-50?

So far I've been surprised of the IQ with the 16-50, it don't seem to be a very popular lens.

SOC, Sigma ART 50, only resized for web. VERY fast AF, I am much pleased with this camera.

Just ordered the a6300 but I have an a6000 with the 16-50. It's a GREAT little lens, for what it is. At 5.6 on the zoomed end, it's pretty useless for anything except outdoor use except in the most well lit venues. It's great outside and has great quality, especially for the price, but it's pretty limited in range also for a modern-day zoom, so it has its inherent limitations.

Nice little lens, as long as you understand its limitations.

You might want to keep your a6000 i have the a6300 and after shooting with the a6000 for over 8 months the a6300 is not much of a upgrade at all the focus is only a small bit faster, the high iso is not much better at all in fact it is less sharp. So for stills you are not going to see much of any improvements in shooting . image quality is 100% the same up to iso 2000 then the a6300 starts to add in the extra smooting and the images are less sharp and detailed but look less noisy by very little i am liking the sharper looking a6000 images better..

Disappointed to hear that. Mine's scheduled to arrive this afternoon or tomorrow.

I'm keeping the a6000 for now anyway. Cameras tend to grow roots and die of old age at my house anyway.

I admit I bought the a6300 mostly because of the 4k video, but for 1k for a crop/still camera, I'm certainly not willing to give up what I've become used to in the a6000 when it comes to quality. It will be used for stills 95%+ of the time anyway, so yeah; that matters. A lot.

sigh no ship date. I hate the wait.

Someone post some shots with the 6300 and LAEA3 / 70-400G2 combo ..... I am looking at a used G2 and am hopefull

Thank you I have so wanted to see this combo.

Those are pretty decent. Little soft but they are wide open too at 5.6 I usually shoot long at F8 unless light forces me down.
