Oh. [?] .. Despite where "that" water source ingredient comes from?

It comes from the Coca Cola factory, so of COURSE it's good!

I grew up in Montana. With the exception of Glasgow, Montana, the water from the tap was amazing.... clear, fresh. It tasted like ummmmmm water.

Back then, if someone would have tried to explain to me the concept of paying for bottled water, I wouldn't have been able to grasp it. That said, we now use around 12 gallons of bottled spring water at our house every week and this doesn't include what we buy when we're out and about.

What a country.

We go through 20 gallons of water a week at work. Everyone has their own cup/bottle/whatever to use. It's eliminated I don't know how many empty water bottles every week. Yeah...I'm pretty green :-)

I know this is probably outside the tenor of this thread, but I need to share...

Last weekend I bought a new mandolin style veggie slicer and today at lunch I decided to try it out.

Guess what: no safety equipment made overcomes stupidity. I managed to slice a neat section of my right thumb off along with my potatoes. Not too crazy but it bled impressively. I naturally reacted to the wound by dropping the slicer. Unfortunately my cat like reflexes allowed me to snatch the tool out of the air, slicing a chunk out of left index finger in the process.

The scene in my bathroom was as gory as a chainsaw horror film as I tried to bandage myself up with two bloody fingers, one on each hand.

The folks at the urgent care center were nice and did a better job in the end.

Now I'm two digits down (as if I had that many IQ points to spare) and typing, eating, bathing, etc. are going to be a challenge for a week or two...

I took the day off for this?

I was going to make a comment about butt-wiping, but that would probably be seen as being in bad taste, and maybe even offensive. So I won't say anything.

Would have made a nice YouTube clip if it had been filmed.

Not action filmed, but if you check YouTube you can see several other cut fingers from Mandolin slicer.

There should have been a large warning,

Harrowing. Not just while you convalesce, but as a general dietary strategy going forward, I urge you to stick to takeout.

There was. I almost cut myself peeling off the sticker. If only that was the end of the irony.
