Gone for two days backpacking in the snow and we missed a lot.

The funny thing about this pic is that I so boxed myself in focal length wise I didn't have anything to suit
me...I don't have a 70-200, but then I remembered my very old 28-300mm and thought woohoo why not
give it a try.
Still not the shot I was after, but it's coming soon.

I promise he is as wild as your foxes.
I even contacted TWRA (Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency, the guys who take your car, your house and
give you jail time for violating any federal law against wildlife) just to make sure I'm good. The agent's
response was 'there's nothing in the law about feeding hawks'

And now for something completely different Having been half blown off the mountain on my last camping trip, I decided to have a back-up and convert the back of the landcruiser...........​....gear stows under the bed. ..........also an excuse not to cart overseas relatives around sightseeing when they come to see me
