And now for something completely different :-) Having been half blown off the mountain on my last camping trip, I decided to have a back-up and convert the back of the landcruiser...............gear stows under the bed. ..........also an excuse not to cart overseas relatives around sightseeing when they come to see me :-)

It's almost time for these little guys again.

off the charts good

Hockey and wedding photographer. Favourite camera / lens combos: a 1DX II with a Tamron 45 1.8 VC, an A7Rii with a Canon 24-70F2.8L II, and a 5DSR with a Tamron 85 1.8 VC. Every lens I own I strongly recommend [Canon (35Lii, 100L Macro, 24-70F2.8ii, 70-200F2.8ii, 100-400Lii), Tamron (45 1.8, 85 1.8), Sigma 24-105]. If there are better lenses out there let me know because I haven't found them.

This is one of my more strange sports shots, it looks like I photoshopped it all together, but sometimes reality is stranger than fiction. Then again, it could just be me, and there is nothing really odd about the photo. :)

Nope. I'm up long after everybody else has gone to bed and up before, so nobody to see me. The windows are tinted anyway so you can't see in except in full sun daylight.

It wasn't originally. I thought it'd be just a simple matter of buying a cheap bed from a charity shop, shoving it in there and that would be that. not that easy! :-) I'd forgotten about the foot well where I took out the 2nd row of seats (it's an 8 seater) so when I put the bed in, the front legs were lower than the back. I had to make some new legs to fit or sleep at 45degrees. I opted for a bit of amateur woodwork :-)
