I wish I had deer and foxes like that the only fox I've seen has been at night same with the deer I'll see a dozen in the fields but mostly at dusk It's been a pretty scarce this year even my feeders were pretty empty this year Canada Geese now those Ive got plenty of:lol:. This is the first time Ive seen the Herons like this about two weeks ago those nests had two Bald Eagles in them unfortunately 400mm doesn't have enough reach to where the nests are to get a good close up they have to be a good 100 yards or more away.

There only about 15 -20 ft away. I sat down , the one in the mud bank flew across and perched next to me about 5 ft away. Made some noise but once it figured I was no threat just chilled out.
