Another 2 workshops, last night I conducted one with Moroccan cuisine, the shots were dreadful because I had no time and today I ran a workshop with 3 different pizza crusts, all sourdough and the best tomato sauce ever

Thank you. Yes, always baking on stone. I was talking about the shots from my Moroccan workshop, they're horrible :)

Superb, Renata. Next you need a wood-fired oven for the pizzas!

Thank you, Annie. Don't know about the photos being superb but heck, the food was fantastic. 3 different pizza crusts with no yeast, just my good old rye sourdough :)
A wood-fired oven in Texas? Maybe during cooler winter months, in the summer I couldn't last more than 10 minutes outside :)

Renata, I never thought about the weather! We have no such problems here. I don't use yeast either (except croissants) and sourdough pizza is the BEST. In the wood-fired oven they take 1-2 minutes to cook.

One more to the collection of my workshops. Well, not exactly from the workshop (the Moroccan workshop shots were horrible) but cooked at home today: one of my favorite salads. Balela

Thanks, Renata. I'm afraid I don't hold a candle to you! But, yes, I bake everything from scratch and my starter is 11 years old now. I had one in the States but couldn't bring it with me so started again when I moved.

Renata, here's my Flickr baking album: Annie's Baking (external link) if you are interested!
