Brilliant shots Rusty
We are going to visit next week do you think 70-200 lens is suitable or will i need to take my Tamron 150-600
thanks

Hi,
There are 4 Polars at YWP at present, usually there are two in each of the two enclosures. I suggest using your Tammy if you only take the one lens, because the enclosures are large with central lakes and the bears can be quite distant but with excellent viewing possibilities. Also the extra reach should be good for the Amur Leopard and Tiger enclosures too.
Happy hunting :-)

Russ

thanks i will take your advice and take the Tamron, nothing worse than getting somewhere and wishing you had brought a longer lens.

Beautiful tiger.

Thanks its probably my favourite animal and it beggars belief how anyone could harm one.

Great work, I particularly like the first three, and how the giraffe pattern matches the backgound.

Thanks. I actually tried making the Giraf picture even brighter to make it “disappear” more, but couldn’t decide if it was too much :)

Thank you very much. I had to go back a few times to get them not sleeping or hiding.
